6th day: Gorsa Bridge visit, followed by a hunt for the northern nights 

7th day: canoe trip or this day can be freely arranged

8th day: departure after breakfast

We exclusively take one group per tour, which is accompanied by us during the week.

Details:

Day 1: On the first day, we will pick you up at the airport in Tromso or in Alta. The fantastic route is perfect for letting your gaze wander and marveling at the impressive mountains and the famous norwegian fjords. Once you arrive at Oksfjordhjem, you'll have plenty of time to settle in before we prepare dinner over an open fire.

Day 2: The next morning, we lace up our hiking boots and go for a hike. You can choose between different levels of difficulty, from a flat trail to a real mountain hike, everything is possible. A good meal will of course be provided in between. Deep forest with wild animals, waterfalls, rivers, lake, mountain peaks, glachier…

Day 3: The third day is a little more leisurely, but just as exciting. We harness our sled dogs and attach them to the line and they will pull as with a training cart and the ATV (quad) and take us for a ride on a beautiful and exciting trial. Halfway round, we take a short break and enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains. You can learn a lot about sled dogs – about this wonderful and strong animals: how to train them, how to feed tham, how to take care of them. And of course, they crave your caress and give for you kisses.

Day 4: On the fourth day, we visit the world of the Sami people in Alta, where you can meet their reindeers, listen their stories, get to know ancient traditions of the indigenous people of Scandinavia. Because it is on opened tour for everybody, there will be probably several more participants on the tour, not only we. Afterwards, we enjoy traditional Sami food at a dinner in the appropriate atmosphere.

Day 5: The fifth day promises a mountain bike tourin the valley. We adapt the intensity of the route to suit your needs. The delicious packed lunch that everyone receives will keep us going. Anyone for whom this is not enough hard by then is invited to conquer the Luovosskaidi mountain and take a selfie at the top. The rest of us can keep warm around the campfire. Alternatively, we have a hike in the program, which can also be adapted in terms of length and difficulty.

Day 6: On the sixth day, we drive to the Gorsa Bridge, a narrow, spectacular bridge over a gorge, where some people find it difficult to breathe. But don't worry, if you don't want to, you don't have to cross it. We then continue to hunt the Northern Lights, driving by car to find the best place where we have the best chance of seeing them that night. 

Day 7: On the seventh day, we take our canoes to the beautiful Reisa river and paddle down on it. We enjoy the colorful landscape and the calmness, what the nature gives. However, the day can also be spent without a planned tour (resting, walking, goint to the lake, itc).

On the last 8th day, we will take you back to the airport after breakfast.

Other informations:

- all of our tours are PRIVATE TOURS. That means your group will be the only one on this tour (expect of the open weeks)

- the days/programs may change, depending on the weather, but we always decide together with you

- we are flexible in everything. We find the best solution for everything, and we will do our best to make sure you have a week full of unforgettable experiences here.

The exclusive tour means that the tour is only for 1 group, who come together and don't want to share the tour with foreign people.

in the case of 2 people: NOK 26000 per person

in the case of 3 people: NOK 24700 per person

in the case of 4 people: NOK 23400 per person

in the case of 5 people: NOK 22100 per person

Price for open tours:

The open tour means that the tour is for example for single travellers, who wants to come for the tour, but didn't find another person, who would come with him. Or you are either two or more people, but you would like to make friends with other people you don't know. The tour is open to 5 participants, so 5 people can book the tour from different places. The tour starts with a minimum of 2 participants.

When and how to pay:

Payment is made by bank transfer. Ipon booking, you will receive an invoice by e-mail, which must be transferred to the specified bank account within a specified time. The tour is booked when 30 percent is paid.
